I took my 12-year old Toyota in for a 60,000 mile service. It was in the shop for 2 days due to extensive work that had to be done. I appreciated getting a call explaining the necessary repairs and the approximate cost which was more than I anticipated. However, since I have been a customer of Hollin Hall Automotive for many years, I knew I could count on them to be honest and fair and do a top-notch job on the repairs. Everyone working there is polite and courteous. I also appreciated the ride to my home from the station and back when my car was ready. I now feel like I have a new car with many more miles to go!
